About Hurghada360
Hurghada360 is operated by CodePlus in Hurghada, Red Sea, Egypt. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@hurghada360.online.
Information we may process
Depending on the services and features you use, we may process account and contact details such as your name, phone number and email; profile details and content you submit; booking, trip, order, provider, support and transaction records; location information when you choose a location-based feature and grant permission; and technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website or apps.
If you choose Facebook sign-in, Meta may provide account information permitted by your Meta settings and the permissions shown during sign-in. Payment providers may process payment details; Hurghada360 may receive transaction references or status needed to manage a booking or order. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or full payment-card details by email.
How information is used and shared
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide requested services, connect customers with relevant providers, manage bookings and orders, process or reconcile payments, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, maintain service reliability and meet applicable legal obligations.
We may share information needed with the provider involved in a booking or order and with vendors supporting authentication, hosting, maps, communications, payments or customer support. We may also disclose information where required by law or needed to protect users and the service. Third-party providers may have their own privacy notices.
Location, cookies and security
Location is used when you use a location-based feature and grant the relevant device or browser permission. You can manage this permission in device or browser settings; disabling it may limit related features. The website may use necessary cookies or similar storage for sessions, preferences and security. Browser cookie controls are available, though some functions may be affected.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and account deletion
We keep information as needed to provide the service, manage bookings and disputes, protect users and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the information and circumstances; we do not promise a fixed deletion period here.
The current self-service flow marks an account as Deleted and changes its associated phone number. This deactivates the account but does not establish that every historical booking, order, payment, safety, support or legally required record is immediately erased. To request deletion or ask what can be removed, see Data Deletion Instructions or email us. We will verify and assess requests under applicable requirements; some records may need to be retained.
Your choices and changes
You may update account details using available settings, manage location and cookie permissions on your device or browser, and contact us about access, correction or deletion requests. We may update this notice when services or legal requirements change. The updated text and effective date will be posted here.
Effective date: October 30, 2026
